  I wanted to rent a unit and filled out the online application. Sure I knew there was a $30 APP fee. However, this real estate company emailed me and said that could not process my application because it was incomplete. But they charged my credit card anyway. BE AWARE. They say it is a non-refundable fee....that's fine if I completed the app...I DID NOT nor do I intend to!
